The StabiAlert system monitors the stability and safety of buildings, both during construction and in existing structures. Our sensors continuously provide highly accurate data on the condition of buildings and nearby objects. Every subsidence, deformation, angle change, and vibration is detected by our sensors and communicated within seconds via an online connection. This enables quick and adequate action in case of emergencies, which is crucial during construction or excavation activities.
To ensure safety, the StabiAlert system sends alerts via SMS and email when thresholds are exceeded. Movements and patterns are visible in the StabiView online dashboard. Long-term monitoring also shows the effects of solar radiation on a building and seasonal influences in the soil, which cause repetitive subsidence and expansions. This helps in effectively planning maintenance and preventing damage.
