Land subsidence occurs throughout the Netherlands, particularly in the northern, central, and western regions. Unfortunately, this subsidence is often uneven, leading to cracks, damage, and safety issues in buildings and infrastructure. In some areas, conditions deteriorate rapidly, while in others, the situation stabilizes.
The problem is extensive, and resources such as money and available personnel are limited.
To gain insight into the rate of deterioration, we assist owners and managers with continuous crack monitoring using our CrackR sensor. This allows them to identify where problems need to be addressed first and where action can be postponed. Thus, budgets and personnel can be prioritized and deployed where they are most needed.
